Our mission is to bring flavors that are unavailable to you right to your kitchen. For many people, the journey is too far or if they wanted to attempt to recreate the flavors they want, they either lack the ingredients, the time or the skill to prepare it. That's where we come in. We are seasoned, professional restrauteurs with a passion for International flavors. Indian, Thai, Mexican, BBQ, French Sauces... you get it. We're nuts about this stuff and we won't let anyone taste it until we think it's the best possible version that can be made with available ingredients and if it isn't perfect, we won't put it on the menu.
I'm pretty sure this is the best possible thing you can eat at this time in this town.
It is simply awesome. Very spicy but not that much to take away the whole taste. Love it!

To summarize Dr. Evil "Some of you I know and some of you I'm meeting for the first time..." We (Klara Tomada and Chad Gustafson) have been the creators and life force for three legendary restaurants on two continents. We have a passion for flavor and service that is borderline certifiable. We believe, however, that this is the biggest attributor to our success. Our aim at all of our restaurants has been to create food that people "Crave" in as short of time possible from the moment they finish their dish. Nothing makes us as happy as watching diners enjoy our creations and leave happier than they arrived.
